Chicken & Curry Wrap

MAKES 1 WRAP

  • 2 tablespoons of nonfat plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp of low-fat mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp of curry powder
  • 4oz of cooked cubed chicken breast
  • 1/4 pear (diced)
  • 1/2 celery stalk (diced)
  • 1 tbsp of sliced or slivered almonds, toasted preferred
  • 1 whole grain OR low-carb wrap
  • 1/2 cup of sprouts
  1. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, and curry powder in a large bowl.  Add chicken, pear, celery, and almonds; toss to combine.
  2. Fill the wrap chicken and sprouts.  Fold.
