Sandra is truly an excellent nutritionist! She has helped me understand what foods contain GMOs and others that don’t. She explains portions for the three meals of the day explicitly and gives recommendations and recipes all three meals and in between. I have maintained my weight since I began my healthy eating habits and conference calls with Sandra for over a year now. I continue to place healthy snacks in my car, pocketbook, classroom, and bedroom to eat whenever I feel a little hungry in between meals. Her workout classes are great, too! I always refer my friends to Sandra. She is very much on top of making time for answering questions and providing advice on making healthy choices.
